Looey the Balloon (or just known as Looey) is one of the main protagonists of the Roblox game Dandy’s World.

He is a Toon along with the others who explores the grounds of the abandoned Gardenview Center, he is shown to be a Toon who usually makes jokes and comedic.

Appearance[]

Looey is a Toon that takes on the appearance as a yellow balloon with green and purple cheeks on his face, his torso is yellow but his arms and legs are purple and green, along with his balloon ears. He wears white green and purple polka dot shirt, lastly, he has a yellow balloon tail.

Personality[]

Looey’s main aspect of his character is him being comedic and usually making jokes, and is willing for help, as shown in his interaction with Finn. He is mostly cheerful, happy and excited, however, some of his extraction lines when finishing a machine hints that he’s quite paranoid and nervous. As in one of his lines he says, “Haha, nothing went wrong! ...Hah”, he is also shown to be careful about his safety, as shown in his interaction with Goob and implied with his interactions with Shrimpo and one interaction with Poppy. However, he is friendly and kind to the other Toons.

Biography[]

Looey was a Side Toon that was created for the Dandy’s World show, where he was made to make jokes at the Gardenview Center, (along with the other Toons) where he was a mascot. At some point, a living version of Looey was made, along with the designation possibly being C-004, C-005, C-006. The show was successful and was very popular to the public, and even had merchandise.

On the 29th of June, Gardenview Center would be closed and shut down due to safety regulations and a ‘malfunction’ incident, while not having any details, this is hinted to be the reason of the creation of the Twisteds. After Gardenview Center closed forever to the public, Looey, along with the other Toons stayed there.

Powers/Abilities[]

High Speed: Every heart Looey loses, he will start to progressively become more faster than his regular speed. However, this is because he deflates with each hit, meaning if he still has three hearts, he will still walk at his normal speed.

Trivia[]

Before Looey was officially added to Dandy’s World, his model was accidentally leaked by I_manimator (a modeler/animator for Dandy’s world) in their inventory.
Along with Connie, Looey had an blinking animation along with a custom running animations.
When losing a heart from a Twisted, his head will start to deflate and become smaller each hit he takes.
