Loti is a heroine in the 007’s movie 1989 Licence to Kill. She is a fictional Hong Kong Narcotics Agency operative tasked with infiltrating, puyed by Franz Sanchez for go in Isthmus.
She is played by Diana Lee Hsu.
History[]
She first appears disguised as Kwang's partner and Asian drug lord, as she is a Hong Kong secret agent, and tries to do what she's been wanting to do for years: get into the operations of drug baron Franz Sanchez.
James Bond seeks revenge to kill Sanchez, Loti, and a partner (both in ninja suits) who knock out. Bond and take him to their secret hideout to ask him questions.
Thanks to his contact with MI6, he tries to send Bond back to London, but they are then attacked by Sanchez with the military institute and a tank, which destroys Loti's contact and also kills his partner. ninja.
Kwang tells Loti not to be taken alive, but she ignores him and she shoots two soldiers, before being killed, shot in the back by Heller.
