Lou is the main protagonist of Cats & Dogs, and a supporting protagonist in Cats & Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore. He is an adopted pet of the Brody family.

He is voiced by Tobey Maguire in the first film and Neil Patrick Harris in the second film.
