Annia Aurelia Galeria Lucilla, or simply known as Lucilla, is the deuteragonist of the 2000 epic historical action film Gladiator and its 2024 sequel Gladiator II.

She is the daughter of the late Roman Emperor, Marcus Aurelius, and sister of Commodus. She is also the mother of Lucius Verus, whom she had after her affair with her ex-lover Maximus Decimus Meridius.

She was portrayed by Connie Nielsen, who also portrayed Queen Hippolyta from the DC Extended Universe.
