Lucrezia Noin is an officer in OZ who is the confidante of Zechs Merquise and one of the main characters in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.
She was voiced by Chisa Yokoyama and by Saffron Henderson in the English dub.

Noin was trained by Treize Khushrenada personally and eventually graduated to become one of the top officers of OZ, serving as the instructor of OZ's Lake Victoria academy. She later met Zechs and became his close associate.
One night, after her latest class graduated, they were slaughtered without mercy by Gundam Pilot Chang Wufei when he bombed the barracks via pre-planted explosives. Angered by what he did, Noin pursued him in an Aries mobile suit, but was shot down by his Shenlong Gundam, but her life was spared. However, the incident left her emotionally scarred as a result.
Later, she is with Zechs when they meet up with Lady Une and Trieze regarding a plan to force the Gundam Pilots into surrender. When the Gundams split up to take out the two routes the new Taurus mobile suits are being transported on, Zechs engages Heero Yuy and his Wing Gundam to battle with his Tallgeese. Noin watches from the command center with Une, but is harshly reprimanded by Une when trying to intervene when Une reveals her trump card and threatens the Gundams with using the United Earth Sphere Alliance's missile satellites against their own colonies if the Gundams didn't surrender. The video feed is interrupted by Doctor J, who announces his surrender, but will not surrender the Gundams. On that order, Heero activates Wing Gundam's self-destruct, and the rest of the Gundams flee, taking Heero with them. The incident leaves Noin in shock, and Une is scolded by Trieze for her actions.
Later, under orders from Zechs and Trieze, Noin goes to rescue Relena Darlian from Une's bodyguards after her botched attempt to take Une's life in revenge for her adopted father, Vice Foreign Minister Darlian's murder. After forcing Une's men off the scene by shooting one of their hats off, Noin proves her loyalty to Relena when she then shoots off the OZ lion pin on the discarded hat. From there, Noin becomes Relena's personal bodyguard and closest confidant, joining her on a trip to where the Romefeller Foundation was having a party with all the top European nobles funding them and OZ. Noin and Relena sit back and watch, but shortly after Trieze makes a speech, Relena hops up on stage to taunt the gathering with how the Gundams would soon come to rectify their mistakes before Noin jumps up to squelch her and be commended afterwards by Trieze. Later, Noin goes back to her OZ duties, until taking Relena to Antarctica to see the rematch between Zechs and Heero that Une interrupted previously. When Relena encourages Heero to defeat Zechs, Noin reveals to her that Zechs is really Relena's brother Miliardo, and Zechs stays behind to deal with OZ reinforcements while everyone else escapes.
After Relena becomes sovereign of the reclaimed Sanc Kingdom, Noin serves as her chief of security, and under Relena's agreement, forms a defense force to protect the kingdom from threats, which later include Heero and Quatre Raberba Winner when they are brought to the kingdom. When Relena is later taken to a meeting with Romefeller by Dorothy Catalona, granddaughter of Duke Dermail, Noin is with Quatre when they learn that it was a trap to assassinate Relena on her way home. They arrive just in time to disable the Virgo Mobile Dolls that were about to slay the Peacecraft Princess, but Relena's chauffer Pagan was injured crashing Relena's limo and has to be taken to the hospital, leaving Relena shaken, but Noin and Quatre help her recover. When the Sanc Kingdom is attacked again, Relena chooses to surrender and dissolve it then face seeing her people threatened any further. Noin heads into space with the Gundam Pilots, remaining with them as they deal with both OZ and the White Fang, but during a battle between OZ and White Fang to protect Space Fortress Barge, Noin tries to hold Zechs back as he enters the battle in Gundam Epyon, but he breaks free, and on his own, destroys the Space Fortress with only a couple of strikes, slaughtering anyone still onboard as the fortress blew up.
Noin continues to aid the Gundam Pilots against Zechs and White Fang, at one point putting herself in the line of fire as Zechs tried to attack Peacemillion, threatening to shoot him if he did not stop his charge, forcing him to divert to avoid killing her. After Peacemillion is evacuated and everyone heads to MO-II, Noin, under Une's request, broadcasts the fighting to Earth and the colonies, convincing them to agree to a peace treaty, with the colonies denouncing White Fang as no longer a part of them. After Heero saves the Earth from the piece of the battleship Libra that tried to crash to Earth and cause catastrophic damage, the Eve Wars come to an end. Noin pays a visit to the cemetery where Trieze and Duke Dermail were interred, or had graves for them set up after their bodies were never recovered, and runs into Dorothy there. As Noin lays flowers on Trieze's grave, Dorothy asks why she doesn't leave anything on Zechs' grave, and Noin tells her that she believes Zechs is still alive and she'll see him again.
After the war ended and total peace was established, Noin joined the Preventers, an organization founded to stamp out and prevent conflicts. When war broke out once more after the Mariemaia Army, backed by the Barton Foundation, attacked, Noin was joined by Zechs once more after he came out of hiding and joined the Preventers. The two launched an operation to rescue Relena Darlian from her captivity in the Barton Foundation but were unsuccessful, even with the support of the Gundam Pilots in Duo Maxwell, Trowa Barton, and Quatre. Only after Heero attacked the bunker where Relena was being held by Mariemaia and Dekim with Wing Zero, with Mariemaia protecting Relena from her grandfather and Dekim himself executed by his own men for betraying Trieze's ideologies, Noin and Zechs are able to catch their breath.
After the Barton Foundation was defeated and peace was restored, Noin reunited with Zechs again. They departed to Mars to aid Relena with her terra formation project there.
