Luli-loo is the main protagonist of the Netflix hit Gabby's Dollhouse, she can win her fairy crown during a rainbow river race and make her plant Whoopsie grow.
She was voiced by Halle Hrzich.
Biography[]
Luli-loo is Kitty Fairy's sister, she had a race in the Fairy Tail Garden after the time Fairy O'Clock begun and she races in the rainbow river and in doing so, she raced to the finish line and made Whoopsie grow to fully grown form and then she won her fairy crown, she has that in later episodes of Gabby's Dollhouse.
