Luna (Japanese: ルナ Runa) or Luna Tsukino is a Co-Leader of Espal and the deuteragonist character from the movie Doraemon: Nobita's Chronicle of the Moon Exploration, she is Luca and Aru's older sister or Shizuka's best friend.
Portrayals[]
- In the Japanese version, she was voiced by Alice Hirose.
- In the English version, she was voiced by Sophia Bush, who had voiced Voyd and Brooke Davis.
- In the Thai version, she was voiced by Panawan Sriwalosakul, who had voiced Pearl and Lapis Lazuli.
Story[]
Luna and her siblings were born to a scientist couple to aid in advancing and protecting the Kaguya planet. However, Diabolo, the planet's emperor, instead planned to use the siblings' Ether power to construct a powerful weapon in an attempt to rule over the galaxy. Fearing for their children's safety, the couples chose to send Luna and her siblings far away into space, much to their own sorrow. Luna and her siblings eventually arrived at the solar system. Though they originally had planned to live among the humans on Earth, Luna and her siblings decided to live on the moon instead due to Earth's population. During this time, she also traveled to Earth by herself and became renowned as Princess Kaguya of the moon by the human. Because of them living in secrecy, the Espal were able to live in peace for almost 1,000 years on the moon, unable to age or die due to their long lifespan or perhaps immortality.
Appearance[]
Luna has long, straight, blue hair with Hime cut bangs. She has a small orb-looking hairclip on the right side which clips a small part of her hair. Her eyes are teal in color. She has long rabbit ears on her head. She is seen wearing a short white dress with red-pink designs and a cut out on her arms alongside full sleeves. Inside she wore a dark blue bodysuit. She wears decorative magenta boots.

Luna is considered to be a good person. She is always concerned about her colony.

- Unlike the Japanese version, she is saying "No...!" instead of "Aa...!" (same as Nobita drops his badge or Minion Pigs screams in Angry Birds 2) when captured by Diabolo. However, Suneo shouts her is "Luna!" instead of "Luna-chan!".
- When her ether power and rabbit ears was removed, she is possibly using Take-copter.
- Her modern design is similar to WarioWare Gold onwards.
- In the artwork, her mouth being open smile like Kirby and raise her left hand during the pose.
