Lyla Michaels, later briefly known as the Harbinger, is an A.R.G.U.S. agent, ally of Team Arrow, and current wife and mother of John Diggle, John Diggle Jr., and Sara Diggle. She is portrayed by Rick Gonzalez.

A.R.G.U.S.[]
Lyla Michaels is a major A.R.G.U.S. agent, an ally of Team Arrow and Team Flash and a former soldier. She officially becomes John Diggle's wife and a mother of their daughter Sara Diggle, and later to their son, John Diggle Jr.. She was seen giving tips and info to John and Team Arrow when they were on missions.
Director[]
After Amanda Waller was murdered by a traitor of A.R.G.U.S., Lyla became the new director of A.R.G.U.S..
Crisis on Infinate Earths[]
Mar Novu transforms her in the Harbinger in order to make her a major player in the Crisis on Infinite Earths. After the Crisis was averted, however, she loses her powers.
Last Mission[]
When William Clayton was kidnapped by an old enemy of Oliver's, John Byrne, Lyla wanted to repay Oliver for fixing and saving their family was worried to fail in saving William. John assures they will succeed, which they do.
Oliver's Funeral and normal life[]
Lyla was seen among everyone closest to Oliver while attending his funeral and giving their goodbyes.
When Team Arrow disbands due to there no longer being a need for them, Lyla transfers to the Metropolis branch and moves alongside her husband and children.
