Manny is a supporting character of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs franchise. He is Sam Sparks' cameraman from the Weather News Network and he is also a medical doctor, a pilot and a comedian. He is voiced by Benjamin Bratt.

Manny is normally short for words and is a man of action instead. He has many taken talents and careers, such as a doctor, a pilot and a comedian. The only time Manny has shown emotion was when his camera was destroyed by LiveCorp employees, and he actually cries.
