Biography[]
In "Fern's Flights of Fancy", as Fern imagines herself being famous, she meets Marc Brown who attended her book signing.
In the series finale, "All Grown Up", when Arthur, Buster, Francine, and Muffy head to the library to exchange Arthur's book, he informs Arthur that Ms. Turner was in the stacks. He was last seen giving Arthur his book on how to draw animals as he encourages him to give it a try since there were some good drawings in it. Arthur decides to give it a try and leaves.
