Marcy Kappel is the tritagonist of Blue Sky Studios' 13th and final animated feature film Spies in Disguise.
She is a skilled security forces agent who mostly pursues Lance Sterling throughout the majority of the movie after Lance was framed for betraying the H.T.U.V.
She was voiced by Rashida Jones. who also voiced Donna Lou Who in Dr. Seuss The Grinch.

When Lance Sterling enters the conference room and engages in a conversation with Joy Jenkins, she reveals that the briefcase is empty. In response, Marcy accuses Lance of stealing the M9 Assassin and brings in her fellow agents Eyes and Ears, who introduce themselves to Joy. Marcy firmly expresses her belief in facts and proof. However, things take a turn when they watch footage of Killian disguised as Lance, taking the M9 Assassin. Marcy orders her agents to apprehend Lance, but Joy intervenes and prevents them from arresting him. Meanwhile, Lance formulates a plan to stop Killian and manages to escape. Determined to capture him, Marcy instructs her group of agents to apprehend Lance and pursues him throughout the agency. In a desperate attempt to hinder Lance's escape, Marcy urges Geraldine to shut down the agency, but Lance manages to elude Marcy's grasp.
When Lance and Walter Beckett make the decision to track down Katsu Kimura in Playa Del Carmen, they are confronted by Marcy and her team of agents. Marcy insists that Lance leave immediately and attempts to arrest him. In a moment of quick thinking, Lance tells his car to activate auto drive and the AI complies, allowing the car to speed away from Marcy, Eyes, and Ears who are in hot pursuit. As Lance considers using the car's weapons to fend off his pursuers, he and Walter find themselves in a heated debate, with Walter expressing concerns about Lance's loyalty to H.T.U.V., the agency they both work for. This argument causes the car's computer to malfunction and restart. Taking advantage of the temporary distraction, Walter suggests activating an oil slick to hinder Marcy, Eyes, and Ears. With a quick command, the oil slick is deployed and the pursuing agents find themselves surrounded by flames, thanks to Walter's clever maneuver.
While staying at the luxurious Hotel Riviera in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, Marcy gathers her trusted comrades, Eyes and Ears, and instructs them to keep a close eye out for Lance. Convinced that Lance may be hiding in Kimura's room, Marcy leads her troops towards their target. As one of the soldiers opens the door, Marcy confronts whoever is inside while requesting Ears to destroy the door, allowing the group to enter. Using his powerful weapon, Ears unleashes a blast on the door, enabling the group to swiftly enter the room. However, amidst the chaos, Lance and Walter seize the opportunity to escape, leaving Marcy and her allies bewildered. Upon returning to the aircraft, Marcy approaches Eyes and Ears, who inform her that their assigned mission yielded no signs of Walter and Lance. However, when Walter finally arrives at the Facility and reunites with Lance, he reaches out to Marcy for backup in order to take down Killian and successfully complete their mission. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Marcy eagerly joins the battle against Killian and his formidable army of drones. Utilizing her skills and quick thinking, she equips her weapon onto an M9 Assassin model, resulting in a precise attack that takes out multiple drones. In a strategic discussion with Lance, they devise a plan to assist Walter in defeating Killian. Marcy swiftly throws a collide-oscope gadget at Killian, initiating their attack. As the battle intensifies, Marcy tirelessly continues to fire at the drones, but suddenly finds herself facing a new threat as another drone sneaks up behind her. Thankfully, Lovey comes to her rescue, using a disarmed drone to swiftly shoot down the approaching threat.
Afterwards, Marcy makes an attempt to assault Killian, but her attack is swiftly thwarted, causing her and Lance to ready themselves to intervene. In a sudden move, Killian forcefully throws Marcy aside, while Walter steps up to confront him. Meanwhile, amidst the chaos, Marcy persists in firing at the drones, all the while observing Walter and Lance's valiant efforts to put an end to Killian's destructive rampage.
Once the battle comes to a halt, Marcy takes a step towards Lance, who has transformed into a pigeon, but she fails to immediately recognize him. However, she quickly decides to reverse his transformation and bring him back to his human form. As Lance and Walter are escorted to an awaiting SUV, Marcy takes a seat beside them. Meanwhile, Joy expresses her remorse to Sterling for wrongfully accusing him of being a villain. Marcy attentively listens to Joy's heartfelt apology towards Lance and also shares her thoughts with Joy about welcoming Walter into their agency.

- She knows Walter's mother, Wendy, as revealed when she confronted him in Venice, Italy. It is possible that Wendy inspired her to become an officer and a secret agent, as due to being a young woman in the present, she may have been a teenager when Wendy died in 2009.
- Due to chasing Lance and Walter for most of the film, she can be considered as a hero antagonist, as she did believe she was doing the right thing until she found out that Killian framed Lance.
