Margaret Liones is a supporting character in the anime and manga fantasy series The Seven Deadly Sins. As the older adoptive sister of Elizabeth Liones and the older sister of Veronica Liones, she's one of the 3 princesses of the Kingdom of Liones.

She was voiced by Nana Mizuki in Japanese and Dorothy Elias-Fahn in English.

Appearance[]

Margaret is a beautiful young woman at the age of 22. She has pale purple slightly wavy waist-length hair and light brown eyes. Her dress is turquoise with a white collar indigo pieces of fabric over her shoulders and hanging from the back of her waist. Her general dress, however, is discarded for a black frilly one after she's taken prisoner by the Holy Knights.

Personality[]

Similar to her younger adoptive sister, Margaret is a caring and gentle young woman. She admires the Seven Deadly Sins, believing them to be the greatest group of knights to be assembled by her father. She also sees the Holy Knights, on the other hand, to be the real traitors instead of the sins for attempting to overthrow the kingdom. However, according to Vivian, she surrendered to be imprisoned rather than helping her father like her younger sisters whne their kingdom was conquered, painting her out to be a coward. However, when it was revealed that Margaret was actually being held hostage by a creature called a Chimera instead of the Holy Knights who invaded the kingdom, this was proven to be false.
