Maria Conchita Gonzalez Ramirez is a one-time hero from the FOX animated sit-com, The Cleveland Show, only appearing in a couple of deleted scenes from the episode "You're the Best Man, Cleveland Brown". She works as a cleaning maid for Mrs. Richter as well as a nanny for Holt Richter. She is very embarrassing to Holt because she always babies him around and calls him "Holtito".

Biography[]
Maria Conchita Gonzalez Ramirez appeared in a deleted scene from the episode "You're the Best Man, Cleveland Brown", where she worked as Holt's nanny and cared for him. She gave him a sweater in case he got cold and told him that she would gladly serve as his designated driver and drive him home if he got drunk. Furthermore, she promised to give him chicken soup, when they got home to keep him in good health. The Guys all laughed at Holt for being babied around by this woman.
On top of just being Holt's nanny and cleaning maid, it was also revealed that she used to be intimate with Tim the Bear, while the latter was married to Arianna, making her the unwitting pawn of an adulterer. Ever since their relationship ended and Maria Conchita Gonzalez Ramirez found out what Tim was using her for, she has had some bad blood with Tim.
Maria Conchita Gonzalez Ramirez later appeared at the wedding of Freight Train and Cookie Brown, keeping Holt healthy by urging him not to eat chocolate at the risk of becoming fat, which only made him look like an even bigger fool in front of his friends.
