Marie Rose, also known as Wicked Lil' Servant, is one of the supporting protagonists from the video game, Dead or Alive. She is a servant of Helena Douglas.
She is voiced by Mai Aizawa in the Japanese version, and by Christine Marie Cabanos in the English version.
Physical Appearance[]
Marie Rose is a teenage girl with blonde hair in twin pigtails and a black and white suit. She also uses either a purse or a backpack.
Personality[]
Marie Rose is the servant and loyal friend of Helena Douglas is known for being polite and quite amicable towards others. She is fairly adorable and absolutely welcoming towards those with who she has a special bond like Kasumi, Honoka, Nyotengu or even tsunderes like Ayane. Although, there are times when she gets annoyed or mad at other people looking at her as a child.
History[]
Marie Rose is a servant of Helena, she goes on vacation only after being prepared to her own things. Traveled to New Zack Island, Marie was able to give up her responsibilities with Helena even vain for this.
During the sixth tournament, Marie eventually meets with Helena that essential to reposing these demands which they are agreed to struggle out for it. When Marie actually defeated her hostess, but thought she could take care for Honoka, one of the competitors of the Dead or Alive tournament. Hayate advents on encountered with Helena, Marie should prevent him while yet means to rejected with favor in that case odds to define revealing that he is invited by her.
From then on, Hayate also departed immediately, Marie could need to advised Helena because her planning to sets up inner room by the harbor of New York. Zack really onset tangled with his new girlfriend, Marie is not allowed to pretend to be a good friend of some people and will be very hesitant in the circumstances. So, it can be said that Marie walked without blinking and accidentally bumps on Honoka, letting her be careful not to be terribly harmed. But really introduced herself, claiming that she actually participated in the last competition like Honoka and various fighters. Meanwhile, she made friends with Honoka and promised to reach Lost Paradise with her.
Pterodactyl alight to suffer a surprise attacks, Marie forcibly jumped over and Honoka would be evaded by pterodactyl. Although the other pterosaur would also have an assault, she and Honoka are both took refuge together. Everywhere, she was indulging in the martial arts styles brought by the most fighters in order to guide Honoka to lesson. During the best, Marie and Honoka later meeting Ayane in with the hopeful of strikes on the ninja and protecting Honoka and into her heartening. At this time, they are comes to Honoka's favorite store. Honoka said that the ninjas are enjoying the foods, Marie thought they meets the same person its maybe she was kidding.
When Marie fought against Ayane, she actually lost to her right away. Suddenly, the two women discovered that Honoka is kidnapped by Christie. They plan to break into MIST's laboratory in before going to salvage on Honoka, Marie stood up to against NICO. However, Ayane also gets caught and next is Marie. Marie driving Christie away while facing Bayman, Honoka would be rescued and the two reuniting with each other. Kasumi and Ayane are stood up to against revival Raidou, she decided to leave the laboratory with Bayman, Honoka, Helena, and Hayabusa. Though, Marie almost failed to take care of Honoka, Helena tells Marie, she did her job well.
Sometime later, Marie and Helena take a vacation together after arriving in Venus Island to attending the Venus Festival.

Honoka[]
Marie Rose is friends with Honoka, they've met together at Hidden Garden and quickly became best friends since the events of Dead or Alive 6. Even sharing a special interaction as well as being Tag Battle partners where Honoka requests to Marie Rose for a practice round. In addition, when winning a tag battle with Honoka, she does a signature pose with her and wink each other. In Warrior All-Stars, they team up alongside Kasumi together with Setsuna to fight enemies from an alternate world, with Honoka telling Marie Rose, she's the best of things and she is stronger. In Xtreme Venus Vacation, they seem to get along well enough, even napping together during a sleepover. In Dead or Alive 6, Helena gives Marie Rose a mission to watch over Honoka and protect her from MIST. Honoka, not knowing of Marie Rose's mission, she cares very deeply for Marie Rose as they do not leave out from each other and together made a strong bond, an example when Christie kidnapped Honoka and captured by MIST, Marie Rose was very worried and desperate that she refused to leave without rescuing her first.
Helena Douglas[]
Helena Douglas is Marie Rose's servant. She is very respectful to Helena, referring to her as "my lady" in their tag team alliance when Marie Rose calls her. In Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, their friendly relationship is made quite clear, as they are both seen giving a curtsy to their opponents in their tag introduction, and upon winning, proceeds to beam up at Helena where she will mention that it's almost time for coffee. In Warriors All Stars, Marie Rose shows that she loves Helena, and she already misses her and shows some concern that she might get so worried due to her being gone for too long as she's stuck in another world. In Dead or Alive 6, she was dutiful enough to Helena that when meeting Hayate, she initially attempted to block the entrance until Helena told her that she invited him in. Later, Helena was capable to send Marie Rose an important assignment task, if she was capable of handling it, which she did by beating her. She entrusts her request to look after Honoka. Not knowing Marie Rose became best friends with Honoka rather than "befriend" her as part of the mission, it is unclear how Helena reacted to this. She was, however, unconcerned when a scheduled report from Marie Rose ended up disconnected, which was implied to be due to Honoka's interference on other fighters. Unknown to her, Helena send Bayman to retrieve Marie Rose. Even though Marie blames herself for almost fail her mission to protect Honoka, Helena comes to her and assures she did good on the mission.
Ayane[]
Marie Rose initially finds Ayane an enemy after the latter attacked Honoka to test her abilities, with further tension occurring when she ambushed them again with the intent of taking Honoka into protection. Ultimately Marie Rose came to face Ayane but was defeated. However, after MIST exploited their fighting to make off with Honoka, Marie Rose blames her, but the two ended up working together to orchestrate a rescue, with Ayane even using one of her Kunais to jam the door long enough for her to get through so she could find Honoka while Ayane fought NiCO. Despite her dislike on Ayane for hurting Honoka, she does indeed care for her safety as shown when Ayane was captured, she was horrified to learn that MIST used her and Honoka to revive Raidou. She even admires Ayane in Warriors All-Stars, telling she's as lovely as a butterfly.
Kasumi[]
Kasumi and Marie Rose seemed to get along fairly well. In Warrior All-Stars, they alongside Honoka team up together with Setsuna to fight enemies in an alternative world. Marie Rose even knows that despite Kasumi prefers fighting alone, she could freely join her to fight against enemies. In Dead or Alive 6, she temporarily reunites with Kasumi and Ayane after Hayate rescued Honoka. In Xtreme Venus Vacation, she and Kasumi worked together for a photoshoot relating to New Years cards another one to act as Cover Girls.
