Master King Koco is one of the two overarching protagonists (alongside Crane) of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
He is the wise leader of The Ancients who directed the evacuation of their home planet, the creation of the Titans and the preservation of their home planet in order to combat The End. In The Final Horizon, Sonic meets with Master King after he inadvertently released the End, whom he goes to in order to learn how to merge the cyber corruption he had received with the power of the Chaos Emeralds to fight the End.
Appearance[]
Master King looks roughly the same as all of the other Ancients, though his upper half is darkened by a silhouette.
Trivia[]
- Master King has several similarities with Dr. Eggman (despite his heroic acts not being for self-serving reasons). Both being egotistical and arrogant, technologically skilled leaders that both despise and respect a highly acclaimed hero; in Master King's case it is Crane, and in Eggman's case it is Sonic. Both were also rulers of their respective races once: Master King led the Ancients ever since The End first attacked them, while Eggman briefly ruled the Earth in Sonic Forces.
