Masumi Karizaki is the leader of Weekend and the overarching protagonist in Kamen Rider Revice.
He is voiced by Shinshu Fuji. His past self is played by Kensuke Takahashi.
Biography[]

Masumi Karizaki was the head researcher for the Noah organization, which carried out government sponsored research on weaponizing demons. One day he was brought a man named Junpei Shiranami who was fatally injured and had lost his parents in an attack by demons. Having few options to heal him, Karizaki injected him with cells from Giff, which healed his injuries but also led to a demon named Vail being formed from him. Karizaki would then employ Junpei to work for Noah as a demon exterminator. He developed the Vail Driver for him to use to transform into Kamen Rider Vail and had him slay demons that were created as a result of Noah's experiments.
After meeting a woman named Yukimi however, Junpei had a change of heart and sought to leave Noah. Masumi, who had come to regret his experiments, left with him also and helped create a new identity for him as Genta Igarashi. Eventually, Masumi discovers what his superior, Aragiyama did to Junpei
In hopes to save Junpei from Vail, Karizaki transfer his inner demon into his son, George, as a mean for his supposed farewell before preparing to sacrifice his life on sealing Vail inside Demons Driver. However, Masumi survives, albeit critically injured from previous results, allowing to fake his death and lay low for many years until he somehow discovered Fenix's ties to the Deadmans and plans involving the Giff casket, leading him to form the Weekend organization to oppose them.
Opposing Fenix[]
Karizaki at some point finished the prototype Libera Driver his son had developed but not completed and sent it to Sakura so she could use it to transform into Kamen Rider Jeanne. He also developed the Rolling Vistamp and had a Weekend operative in the guise of a Fenix squad leader give it to Ikki, in the hopes that he could use it to control his demon.
After Sakura grew suspicious of Weekend's goals, Karizaki revealed himself to her and elaborated on Weekend's goals.
After the Igarashi siblings learned of their father's past and connection with Vail, Masumi had them brought with their mother to Weekend's base. Yukimi immediately recognized Masumi upon hearing him speak and remarked that it had been many years. Karizaki then revealed Weekend and their goals to both Ikki and Daiji.
