Mayor Toadstool and Toadie greet Bog, Fens, and Mire, giving them a list of civilians who hadn't paid their taxes.

"Come on, Toadie. While the townsfolk are preoccupied."

"It's flawless, Toadie. The perfect plan. Who would think to look for the missing taxes in plain sight?"

When Sprig Plantar confronts him, Toadstool decides to silence the frog boy.

"Get after him!"

"Oh, boy. Gotta cut back on them cricket nuggets. Whoo!"

Toadstool seeing Sprig expose his crimes in front of the townsfolk.

When Toadstool's stash of money is discovered, he is glared at by Bog and the townsfolk.

"Uh... And as mayor, I hereby pardon myself of any wrongdoing. Thank you. Good day."

"And now, the ceremonial feeding and cleaning of the grubhog!"

"And now, the moment we've all been waiting for. It's time to cut open the grubhog!"

"Wake up, Plantar! The night is ruined! We've got no grubhog. All we got is a puppet that everyone seemed to love!"

" Well, looks like that's it for Hopediah. Unless he has something special or unique to show."

"Unbelievable! I ain't never seen moves like those. It's horrifying."-Toadstool seeing Hop Pop's freestyle dancing.

"Now their teamwork may have improved, but Anne is still the only reason those yokels have gotten this far!"

"As you all know, the Frog of the Year goes to the most selfless, noble, blah, blah, blah...Let's get on with it."

"And this year's Frog of the Year award goes to-Well, this can't be right. Anne Boonchuy?"

Toadstool not happy to see Anne has won the Frog of the Year award.

"Are you people out of your frog-dang minds?"

"She don't deserve to host a party!"

When Anne is confused over hearing she has to host a party, Toadstool listens to Toadie explain as Frog of the Year, she gets to host a party for everyone in Wartwood.

"Yeah. And that party is supposed to demonstrate the Frog of the Year's selflessness."

"Anne isn't selfless. Far from it."

Toadstool hearing Anne promising everyone she'll give them a great party.

"I'm looking forward to seeing this thing go down in flames."

"What'd I tell you, Toadie? She's gonna be the worst Frog of the Year ever."

After making amends, Toadstool and everyone else decides to continue having the Frog of the Year party.
