Dr. Meena Dhawan is a supporting character in the CW series The Flash.
She is is an author and the CEO of Fast Track Labs who created her own artificial speed with assistance from an amnesiac time remnent Eobard Thawne, who was also her boyfriend.
She is portrayed by Kausar Mohammed.

Meena has been described as a genius by Barry Allen, having read her book three times. However, she was initially antagonistic towards Team Flash in her first appearance but rather misguided. Instead of is revealed that Meena is friendly and nervous about being a speedster. However she gains new confidence after being inspired by Barry Allen/The Flash. She was later corrupted by the Negative Speed Force later but eventually becomes freed due to her love for Thawne. She was later devastated by his death and helped Team Flash fight them once and for all.

- Enhanced Physiology/Connection to the Negative Speed Force: Using her own artificial speed source, Meena gained a limited connention to the Negative Speed Force.

- In the comics, Meena was originally supposed to be introduced in Season 7 but her assistance was delayed to Season 8 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead she was alluded to in the Season 7 episode, "All's Wells That Ends Wells" when Chester is reading her book.
- Despite being a major character and ally of Team Flash in season 8, Meena does not make an appearance in season 9
