Mega Man is the titular main protagonist of the comics with the same name and a major character in the Archie comics crossover arc with Sonic the Hedgehog.
He is a human-based helper robot from an alternate reality in the year 20XX, who protects Mega City.
Appearance[]
In his civilian form, Mega Man has the appearance of a very normal young man, fair skin, brown hair and blue eyes. He wears a blue shirt with white short sleeves, black pants and blue boots which he keeps as Mega Man. In his transformations, he has light blue armor around his waist, a blue helmet with light blue squares on it which leaves his face bare and mittens and blue mittens. His forearms can also transform into a weapon called a Mega Buster. His armor usually changes color as he uses crews from other robots.
Relationships[]
Rush[]
Rush is Mega Man's close sidekick and pet. Dr. Light gave Mega Man, Rush as a "welcome back" present after he defeated Dr. Wily. He cares deeply for Rush as shown where he begs Break Man not to hurt him.
Sonic the Hedgehog[]
Mega Man temporality wasn't on good terms with Sonic the Hedgehog since their first encounter in Worlds Collide. At first, he fights Sonic to a standstill, but after a misunderstanding, learning Metal Sonic and Copy Robot are responsible, turn Sonic's friends into robotized masters, and Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily kidnapped Dr. Light, they become allies and work together. He helps restore all of robotized Sonic's friends back to normal with his Mega Buster. In their super forms, he along Sonic help defeat the Egg-Wily Machine X and then later use Chaos Control to restore the multiverse. Although his memories with Sonic were erased, Mega Man would meet Sonic again in Worlds Unite, recalling their previous encounter.
