Meilin Fisher is the main protagonist of the 2nd story and a playable character of the Solo Leveling ARISE video game. She is a Chinese-American hunter who awakened as a C-rank, after experiencing a dangerous situation in a dungeon she would reawakened as A-rank.

Meilin is a beautiful young woman seen in a beautiful outfit with cat-like features, such as ears, a tail, and a bag with a cat face. She wears a white dress with a black corset, a short white skirt, black thigh-high stockings with a diamond pattern with dots near the end of the diamond outline, and black boots that reach to her ankles.

- Water Guard Spirit: Meilin possesses a water guardian in the form of a cat spirit named Berry, who is presumably the cat that she rescued. What makes more interesting is that the spirit managed to sense Jinwoo's hidden status as the Shadow Monarch, making Berry cautious towards him.
