Melvin the Frog is the secondary antagonist of the Cat Kid Comic Club spin-off book series to the Dog Man franchise.
Personality[]
Including the distinctive bowtie which he always wears, Melvin exhibits numerous other similarities to Melvin Sneedly. He is characterized as being highly irritating and is often derogatorily labeled as a nerd. Displaying a remarkable level of self-assurance, Melvin frequently boasts about his abilities and achievements, even when they are not entirely accurate.
Upon discovering that he has been proven correct or has succeeded in a competition, he tends to flaunt his victory in a boastful and disrespectful manner, often by taunting his defeated opponents with childish gestures like sticking out his tongue. Additionally, Melvin harbors a fascination for dinosaurs and maintains a strong dedication to dental hygiene, which later results in the creation of the quirky character Dennis the Toothbrush Lawyer. In the narrative of Cat Kid Comic Club: Perspectives, Melvin establishes his very own enterprise known as Melvin's Media Megacorp, assuming the grandiose title of Universal C.E.O. Times Infinity.

Melvin is a orange (formerly gray/brown) frog. He has arms and long toes. His eyes are white with black pupils, and his face is dotted with darker colored freckles. Just like Melvin Sneedly, he wears a cyan bowtie.
