I see you have had issues with a few others due to the article rewrites. As I replied to on my wall, please do not copy paste other people's work. If an article is lacking you can use what is there as a base opening sentence then expand on it to allow the original work to remain while cleaning it up. Alternatively try just putting down the "Article stubs" category down. If the article remains as such for a month it means no one is attending to it, which give the admins pretty well established licensee to actually delete the whole thing, which means if anyone cares about it, they will reform it quickly. So you can use that method to give the article writers and ultimatum without needing to compromise their work. Using either of the above methods should allow you to rework articles without getting under anyone's skin anymore.
It's probably because the three individuals you mentioned have commented heroic acts that level out more with their villainous actions in contrast to Heather's, who has commited almost completely villainous acts.
Do those characters really have enough good deeds under their belts to level things out. Look at Mayuri for example, he committed genocide in the past and tortured a lot of his victims in unspeakable ways. And in the present he turns four of his subordinates into human bombs and detonates the sole survivor just because he can, as well as showing one of the heroes a picture of his dead grandfather's mutilated body (Said grandfather was one of his victims). He's been described by the series' creator as a necessary evil due to being beneficial to his organization, but evil is still the key word here, in fact he makes most of the antagonists in the series look tame.
