  • Hi!

You created the page of Darth Imperius. Darth Imperius

"Darth Imperius also kept their promise to free the Sith ghosts that had bonded themselves to him/her, save for one who elected to stay with Imperius anyway due to not wanting to go back to his tomb on Hoth."

I think he/she redeemed the ghost. That sounds more light side. :) Darth Imperius ending

  • I get where you are coming from on the Elder Greek Gods but we can't apply an alinement to all of them or assign them all as falling into jerk territory, Each god has their own page on either this or Villain wiki is not both in Zeus's case, we should apply those sort of categories to individual pages not the whole. Hestia, Demeter and Hades for example are never morally ambiguous, Hestia is always charitable and selfless, Hades is always focused on rules and agreements and Demeter is always completely neutral, as a metaphor for nature itself, Only Zeus and Poseidon ever bullied anyone, Hera was reactionary, not a provoker and Hades was only applied punishment after death, Demeter and Hestia of course never came close. For the same reason we should not apply certain powers of each to the group as a whole we should also not apply quirks and alignments to the group, or any group for that matter unless said group is a hive-mind.

Imagine if we did that for groups like say the Justice League, applying Lawful Good or Arrogant Heroes to all of them just cause of a few stand outs like Superman.

    • Hmm that actually brings up a good point, I dont think "Status dependent on Version" was added, since we are dealing with an ambiguous time-line here that should probably be added. But anyway what about the rest being morally ambiguous? When is Hera anything other than LN, or Poseidon anythyng other than CN or Hades anything other than LN or Demeter anything other than TN or Hestia anything other than LG? Please pardon the D&D nerdity of that statement by the way.

    • It has been about two hours since my last comment and I have not heard back from you, I'll assume you are no longer there, either because you got tired, your internet disconnected, real life issues or your talk page is simply not updating again, it is getting rather late here so I will turn in. Assuming you are still adamant about things like moral ambiguity, contact me when you get back, if not please don't add the categories. I will be turning in for now but checking over the next few days to see your response.

  • I seem to recall one of the Green Lanterns of Earth was very involved with their local community outreach center I thought it was Rayner but I suppose not. You have been active on the Green Lantern pages, would you happen to know which one that was off the top of yourt head, if not I can always sift through comic vine.

    • No, sorry I don't know about any instance of a GL being into charity. Yes I am involved with the GL pages, but my knowledge doesn't go that far.

    • Okay, I will check on comic vine, just thought I'd ask. Thanks anyway.

  • Thank you for editing Maleficent(Maleficent film) page. When i realize that her similarities with Jake Sully was too vague, i wanted to fix it myself, but i found out that you fix it instead. Reason of my mistake was because Maleficent's conflict reminds me of James Cameron's Avatr film for an unknown reason.

    Please reply soon

    • Well, here's my reply. And yeah I think the similarities are too vague personally.

    • I have some question. How to made trivia of a character perfectly fit? I had some mistake again when create/edit trivia page at villains wiki. Some i realized that it was seemingly fit, but in fact, it doesn't. And i had them fixed by someone else even before i did, like when you fix Maleficent page for me before. Can you give me some advice, please? If my words in this page seemingly rude to you, i'm sorry, My english is not so perfect.

    • Your question is a bit difficult to answer. As to how trivia is set-up, you simply start a new bullet-point. As to the trivia specifically, I tend to believe that similarities between characters when listed need to be more than a few vague and/or superficial similarities. It also can't seem like you're trying too hard to find similarities between them. The similarities need to be fairly strong. As to what similarities are strong and what aren't, I'd say use your judgment. If others agree, then they can stay. If not, I or someone else will just remove them and no harm will be done.

    • Thank you for your advice. I'll make sure when i add trivia about similarities with other characters, i'll consider about it so no one eventually remove it.

  • Hey we are getting rid of Happy Heroes, passing emotion are not suitable to base a category on, and I need to clear the category from all pages. But since editing others' user pages is just plain rude would you mind removing it from your user page categories? Please and thank you.

      Loading editor
    • Honestly I'd rather not do it either. I think it would be better to PM the respective users and tell them so they can do it themselves.

        Loading editor
    • I try to do that and contact user whenever possilbe when this comes up, in this case your are the only one with the category on their user page so no need to contact anyone else. Once it is gone the category will have no pages and be entirely phased out.

    • Understood. I'll get right on that.

  • Which one of the nine alignments would you regard the following characters as?: Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, Puss in Boots, Wreck-It Ralph, King Candy/Turbo, Thor (Marvel version, any universe), Venom (Eddie Brock), Gru, Vector, El Macho, Lisa Simpson, the Sandman, Kuzco, Pacha, Kronk, Yzma, Anna, Oogie Boogie, and Mr. Burns? Here's my thoughts:

    • Lawful Good = Lisa Simpson
    • Neutral Good = Fiona, Donkey, Puss in Boots, Anna, Pacha, and Thor
    • Chaotic Good = Shrek and Gru
    • Lawful Neutral = Kuzco
    • True Neutral = Wreck-It Ralph (although I would think the character he plays in his game would be Chaotic Evil), Kronk, and the Sandman (I think in Spider-Man 3 he would be this alignment)
    • Chaotic Neutral = Venom (Eddie Brock)
    • Lawful Evil = Yzma, King Candy (Neutral Evil as Turbo), and Mr. Burns
    • Neutral Evil = Vector (I think he too comical and selfish to be Chaotic Evil) and El Macho
    • Chaotic Evil = Oogie Boogie
      Loading editor
    • I see Lisa as more Neutral Good honestly. Shrek is True Neutral turned Chaotic Good, Gru is Chaotic Neutral, and Ralph becomes Neutral Good eventually. Also Chaotic Evil characters are not always serious. But other than that I agree with everything else.

  • This category is exactly the same as Pure of Heart' and The Messiah. I just looked the Incorruptible Pure Pureness on TV tropes and it inspected me to create this category. I could enchance it with other tv tropes terms related to good guys such as All-Loving Hero The Ace and The Pollyanna. So, this category would be acceptable to this wiki in contrast of Virtuously Vile category of Villains Wiki.

    • No, because from where I'm standing right now the category is completely, utterly redundant. The criteria as is makes it identical to not one, but two other categories. I maintain that it is not necessary and should be deleted forthwith.

        Loading editor
    • Okay, I'm sorry about. What if I added Virtually Sympathetic category on this wiki? I am certain that would be necessary.

        Loading editor
    • It doesn't sound it. I'd suggest you to propose it to the admins first and describe it in great detail while doing so.

    • Continuing from the above I've yet to see you send any kind of message to any administrator. And honestly you really shouldn't bother because you frankly do not have a case. The "Sisters" category is redundant and unnecessary in light of the "Siblings" category. Ergo, there is no good reason to have both and thus I was not in the wrong to remove the Sisters category. You may not agree but it's pretty clear as day to me.
