MetalGreymon is the Ultimate evolution form of Agumon. He can dark digivolve to Machinedramon and digivolve to two Mega form, WarGreymon & BlitzGreymon and Dark Mega form, Machinedramon.

Like his original counterpart, he is voiced by Chika Sakamoto in the Japanese version.

Appearance

He can also become his Alterous Mode. MetalGreymon is a cyborg version of Greymon with wings, hair, and a metal arm claw. As Alterous Mode, he gains a huge energy cannon.

Biography

When Taichi and Greymon's determination to keep fighting MetalTyranomon no matter, with Taichi's Digivice reacting to his courage and causing Greymon to evolve into MetalGreymon for the first time who then defeats MetalTyrannomon. Unable to proceed forward due to the miasma, the children decide to circle around the lake while split into two groups, hoping that at least one of them can find a way past it.

When Andromon catches up, easily defeating the other Digimons while matching MetalGreymon's power with its own until the heavily damaged Guardromon sacrifices itself to hold back Andromon.


Devimon seems to have the upper hand against MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon, and Millenniummon transforms him into NeoDevimon. NeoDevimon puts up an even greater fight against MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon, but thanks to the remaining Digidestined’s partner Digimon who manage to destroy the obelisk inside the Network, NeoDevimon becomes weakened and was beaten by MetalGreymon’s Giga Destoyer attack. However, AxeKnightmon (who has survived the wreckage of the tower from earlier) uses Moon=Millenniummon’s\ power to the wounded NeoDevimon and Digivolve him to DoneDevimon. Taichi and Yamato, MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon assault DoneDevimon. Taichi pushes Yamato off of MetalGreymon to protect him from being possessed. MetalGreymon and Taichi get possessed, causing them both to go berserk and fight harder against DoneDevimon. Despite those attempted efforts, the possessed Taichi manages to be devoured by DoneDevimon. Enraged, MetalGreymon dark Digivolves briefly to a corrupted glowing red, cannon-less Machinedramon and attacks DoneDevimon in fury, but DoneDevimon still seems to have the upper hand. Tokomon, having had enough of Agumon’s suffering and briefly warp digivolves to Angemon to stop Agumon’s rampage.
