Micaiah (ミカヤ Mikaya), also known as the Silver-Haired Maiden, is the central protagonist and a heroine from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, and is a wielder of Light Magic and the de facto leader of the Dawn Brigade. She has the unique skill Sacrifice, which allows her to give up some of her HP to heal a selected unit. Micaiah is the first main character, since Celica from Fire Emblem Gaiden, to fight with magic and the first main character in the series to use it almost exclusively.

Role

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

Fire Emblem Awakening

Micaiah appears as an Einherjar character, with a SpotPass and a DLC version. Her former one is fought several times in the downloadable chapters from Champions of Yore 1, while also being recruitable after beating Champions of Yore 3.

She mainly acts as a generic enemy outside her Xenologue, while after beating it and she introduced herself asks the Avatar if they would commit an evil act in order to save a friend. If yes, she calls them strong for making such a choice, one which she too did only to be cursed and hated by others for her actions to save her homeland at the cost of greatness. If the Avatar wouldn't, she considers them just, although it may cost their chance for victory while defeats will cost their friends' lives. However, Micaiah apologizes and mentions she herself made the same mistake and had to live with the consequences. After the question, Micaiah offers to join the Shepherds in their battle and afterwards bring them to her homeland.
