Michael is the main protagonist of the crossover special Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue. He is a teenage boy who is using marijuana and stealing his father's beer under peer pressure from his "friends". This caused him to act differently. He is the older brother of a girl named Cory, who owns a stuffed animal of Winnie the Pooh and various cartoon characters. His visit from certain cartoon characters is just like in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. He is voiced by Jason Marsden.
Story[]
In the story, Michael steals money from his sister Corey's piggy bank in order to get money for buying crackthat was being distributed at the local video arcade. However, during the course of the story, he meets various cartoon characters, including the Smurfs, who try to convince him that doing drugs is wrong and can affect his health, all the while a character named Smoke tries to convince Michael that doing drugs is the right thing to do.
Michael isn't convinced by what the cartoon characters are telling him due to freaking out over seeing them coming to life and being wrapped up in supernatural adventures, until he sees that Smoke is now going after Corey to get her to do the same drugs, and afterwards renounces having anything to do with Smoke or the use of drugs.
