Mikazuki (三日月 ”Crescent Moon”?) was one of twelve Mutsuki-class destroyers, built for the Imperial Japanese Navy following World War I. Advanced for their time, these ships served as first-line destroyers through the 1930s, but were considered obsolescent by the start of the Pacific War.
Appearance[]
The latter Mutsuki-class wear a black serafuku with a white tie and a crescent moon ornament on themselves. Mikazuki herself has long black hair, black socks and the crescent moon is on her collar.

She's a dutiful and responsible girl.

- Her name Mikazuki honors of one the five great swords of Japan taking the name for her elegant name, Mikazuki Munechika, who is also featured as a Touken Danshi in Touken Ranbu.
- Her name means "Crescent Moon".
