Mike Baxter is the main protagonist and minor antagonist on Last Man Standing. He is the Anti-Hero of the show. Just like Tim "The Toolman" Taylor, he is also sexist and a macho jerk. He is married to Vanessa who is a geologist and they both raising their three girls Amanda, Mandy and Eve Baxter. Eve is little bit like Mike and a tomboy on the show. That is why Mike is her favorite. He is the marketing director of Outdoor Man and he is politically conservative. He is the main reason why he is sexist. His friend and boss Edward "Ed" Alzate who owns outdoor man. Outdoor man is where they sell camping equipment and outdoor stuff for Outdoor Man. Mike is a web host for Outdoor Man website, where he always webcast in his office. Mike has a lot of viewers of his opinions and his sexist remarks. Sometimes he dukes it out with Ryan Vogelson who is Amanda's boyfriend and now husband and is the father of Boyd. Mandy has a boyfriend who is Kyle Anderson who works with Mike in Outdoor Man.
