Mina Konoe (近衛ミナ in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies at Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School and wields a pair of Handguns. She is the executive director of the Xuanlong Office, the student council of Shanhaijing. Mina is also a fanatic for old noir movies, trying her best to replicate scenes in those movies in real life during arbitrary moments.
Her first appearance was as one of the antagonists of the "Ryubu Doushu" side event, for she was one of the people who accused the Xuanwu Merchant Association, the story's protagonists, of stealing a "ten-thousand-year ginseng", before later finding out they weren't the real culprits and reconciling with the association after realizing her mistake. IN the main story, she appeared as a supporting protagonist in the second chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin".
Personality[]
A girl with a passion for old noir movies, Mina hardly believes she is a skill detective like the ones she sees in movies, but she lacks the skills to even be compared to them. She tries her best to replicate certain scenes from those movies, such as lighting a fake meal ticket on fire in replacement of a cigarette and quoting certain lines. Often times, she hurts herself while attempting to replicate them. Despite her serious and cold front, she's actually quite clumsy. However, her passion has proven her to be quite helpful when used in the right places, when it doesn't lead her to the wrong directions on accident.

This also extends to her usage of Beretta 92 pistols as these were John Woo's favourite set of firearms. The dual wielding aspect is also a staple in much of Woo's action films.
In the second chapter of the main story's final volume "Where All Miracles Begin", she makes a reference to The Godfather Part II, which was a 1974 American crime film.
