	~ Mina Nishizawa

Mina Nishizawa is a supporting protagonist in the Neptunia video game series, first introduced in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. She is the Oracle of Lowee and the caretaker of Ram & Rom. She takes her duty very seriously and  will not stand for anything that will prove to be harmful or dangerous to either of the twins.

She is voiced by Sayaka Nakaya in the Japanese version and Dorothy Elias-Fahn in the English version.

Appearance

Mina is a relatively short young-looking woman with long sky blue hair worn in low pigtails along with a red graduate hat.  Her eyes are cerulean in color and are accompanied by a pair of red glasses. Mina wears a short white dress under a red, long jacket like robe worn open with gold lining and buttons. The sleeves puff below her elbow and have long cuffs, while at her neck is a collar and red bow with a golden badge. Her legwear consists of red heels that match her robe and hat.

Personality

Mina always handles her duties with ease and is known to be very reliable in both times of need or crisis. It has been said however that she has quite the nasty temper and can even be frightening when angered other than that she is normally very nice.

Trivia

• In the popularity poll for Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, Mina came in last place with only 14 points.
• Mina is the only character in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 to wear glasses by default and not as an equipable accessory.
• Compa mentions that she saw a really dark aura when Mina demanded that the twins apologize to Nepgear and her party.
• Mina made a cameo appearance in the first episode of Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation.
