Mio is the deuteragonist of the 2022 JRPG video game, Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is an Agnian off-seer from Colony Gamma accompanied by Taion and Sena.
When the three encounter the Kevesi soldiers Noah, Eunie and Lanz, they initially fight due to being on opposing sides until they learn the truth of their true enemy, the Consuls. Mio and Noah are then brought together to set out an adventure to stop the Consuls and put an end to the conflict between Agnus and Keves.
She was voiced by Minami Tsuda in Japanese and Aimee-Ffion Edwards in English.
Appearance[]
Mio is a beautiful young woman with cat ears, pale skin, a small blue crystal embedded in her chest, short silver hair, and gold eyes. She dresses in black and white attire.
Personality[]
Mio was initially hostile to Noah until Guernica Vandham convinced them they were not enemies. They later develop a better chemistry as shown when they play the flutes together in memory of the lives lost in battle.
Despite her initial hostility towards Noah, she happens to be a gentle and serious figure and has high hopes in her friends. But has her own set of worries. She also earned the "Off-seer" moniker for her mourning how many lives lost like Noah. She also holds some lament over having three months left in the world but develops determination to live past that.
Biography[]
Over the course of the war her people fought in, she had been thinking over what she can achieve in it and what she can leave behind. However, she and the rest of the main cast receive a task to chase the true enemy to the ends of the earth.
Powers and Skills[]
Mio's an agile-based Agnus soldier primary form of weapon is a pair of disc-like weapons for melee combat She also can fuse with Noah into a form of being called Ouroboros through Interlinking. This grants them special skills but fighting too long will overheat their form and cancel out the Inerlink.
