Officer Miranda Wright is one of the main protagonists from Disney's 90s cartoon series Bonkers. She replaces detective Lucky Piquel as Bonkers' partner, when he leaves to take on a new job as an FBI agent.
She was voiced by singer Karla DeVito, who is most widely known as the wild babe from Meatloaf.
Background
She is Bonkers' partner and friend from the Miranda Wright era episodes, who did have a Cameo appearance in one of Lucky Piquel episodes as a secretary to the chief, then in the New Partners on the Block episode, she truly becomes a Policewoman as she and Bonkers later became fast partners and friends as they worked together to stop terrorist fireball frank and rescues Lucky Piquel and FBI Agent Tolson in the process,
Personality
Miranda is a tough but fair, kind, friendly and moral person. She is cool headedly much more tolerable of Bonkers and his antics and Toon mannerisms than Lucky and Sgt. Grating was. While she may have somewhat of a personal limit Bonkers' sporadic behavior at times, it doesn't really seem to annoy her. She even seems amused at times, she even put toon mannerisms to good use in The Toon that Ate Hollywood episode to defeat a villain. nonetheless she and Bonkers do stand up for each other as truly good friends and partners.
