Dave the Intern is a minor character in the Sonic Boom TV series. He is the Mirror Dimension counterpart of Dave from the Sonic Boom World. Unlike his original counterpart, who is an incompetent villain, Mirror Dimension Dave is a competent hero.
He was voiced by Roger Craig Smith, who also voiced his original counterpart and Sonic in the same show.

Dave is a blue-furred nutria wearing a purple shirt.
Biography[]
At some point, Dave the Intern became a member of Team Sonic, led by his home dimension's brilliant hero Knuckles, and joined them in their battles against Dr. Eggman. During one such battle, Knuckles was temporarily transported into a dimension where he was an idiot and Dave was a villain, but was eventually returned to his home reality and reunited with his teammates.
Personality[]
Due to Mirror Dimension Dave's brief appearance, little is known about his personality, although he, in line with the rest Mirror Dimension residents, appears to be the complete opposite of his Sonic Boom World counterpart: whereas the latter aspires to be a villain, usually speaks in a tired voice and lacks in self-confidence and competence, Mirror Dave is heroic, confident and makes wisecracks while fighting his enemies. According to Mirror Knuckles, he is also exceptionally intelligent.

- Dave is the only known Mirror Dimension resident to be of a different moral alignment than their prime counterpart.
