Mister Tims joined the railroad and became the head of the Randolph safe house. Tims is known for being a nominal caretaker with paranoia and effectiveness that rivals Deacon's.

Tims resurfaces and request the aid from a heavy to clear out locations to help with relocating synths. Desdemona informs the sole survivor and sends them to clear out the location. Tims leaves dead drops that contain holotapes containing information about possible hazards to the Railroad's escort and escape of synths out of the Commonwealth. After the sole Survivor clears out the sixth location for Tims he will show up at the Railroad HQ. Once the sole survivor returns to the HQ Tims thanks the sole Survivor for all their help on the behalf of all the agents of the Randolph safe house. Tims also discuss that due to safety concerns Randolph safe house had to abandon but a runner is working for him to find a new one.
