Mitch is a supporting character in The Walking Dead: The Final Season by Telltale Games. He is a teenager and hunter who lives at Ericson's Boarding School. He also builds makeshift weapons for his group like bombs.

He was voiced by Robbie Daymond, who also voiced Prince Leo from Barbie: Starlight Adventure.

History

In the past, Mitch would build bombs in his home and detonate them, which displeased his parents who sent him to boarding school in Ericson. He then survived there during the apocalypse and is a hunter and lookout for the group of children.

Mitch first appears when he returns from hunting with Brody and Aasim as the rest of the group are killing Walkers around the school. In the evening we see Mitch with Willy and he carves a spear out of wood. Clementine and Alvin Jr. get to know each other and Mitch brags to Alvin Jr. while twirling his knife. The next day, Mitch is seen briefly when he and the others collect food brought in by Clementine, AJ, Louis, and Violet. That same evening, he witnesses the confrontation between Marlon and Clementine and is shocked by the brutal death of Marlon killed by Alvin Jr..

In the following episode, Mitch, along with Louis, is furious at what AJ has done and threatens him and Clementine with his knife. He is either disarmed or calmed down by Aasim or by Clementine. The next day during Marlon and Brody's funeral, Mitch is the most hostile and resentful towards Clem and AJ and decides a vote on whether they stay or leave boarding school. The majority votes to kick them out and they are accompanied in the forest by Louis and Violet.

Later in the episode, Clementine and AJ return to school after AJ gets shot by Lilly and Abel. While being treated by Ruby, Mitch confronts Clementine in Marlon's office and Violet tells him that they need her help. She then orders Mitch to help Clementine in the greenhouse to take barbed wire and other equipment to defend the school. Reluctantly, Mitch goes to the greenhouse with Clem and Ruby but remains distant and even reminds Clem that she is only there because the group is "desperate". He even wants to send Clem to the Walkers-infested greenhouse if ever there is a risk of death and Clem can respond calmly or with hostility. After fighting off the undead, Clem brings Mitch and Ruby in and Mitch acknowledges that she fought well. He is shown to be a little more sympathetic when he says that the barbed wire is a good idea to prevent raiders from climbing the walls of the school. When Clem finds the barbed wire in a shelf, Mitch notices some fertilizer and explains that he can make bombs with it. He proudly adds that this is what he used to do and tells the girls to find propane and a utensil to make sparks. After finding all the necessary materials, Ruby asks to bury the zombified corpse of Mrs. Martin. However, Mitch says she is nothing and should be burned instead. If Clem helps bury Mrs. Martin, Mitch is outraged but just storms away. On the contrary, if she helps him burn the corpse, Mitch tells her that he has changed his mind about Clem and recognizes that he and his group need her.

Then for weeks, the children prepare for the attack of the raiders. We then see Mitch working on his bomb and Clementine comes check on him. She asks him to be able to light the bomb while she distracts the raiders and Mitch asks her to light the bomb. However the attempt fails and Clementine can encourage him to continue working and Mitch thanks her for her help. Later that night, Mitch and the others listen to Clementine's final advice before going into hiding as the raiders break into the school. As Clementine confronts Lilly, Mitch places his bomb in a cart and detonates it. Then, to save Tenn, Mitch runs to attack Lilly but she stabs him in the throat before finishing him off by sticking her knife in his skull. When the raiders leave, Willy and Ruby are seen crying over Mitch's body.

The next day, Clementine goes to see Willy who continues to mourn Mitch's death and can console him by saying that they will avenge him. Later in the episode, Willy manages to build a bomb and Clem can name it "Mitch's Masterpiece", in their friend's honor.
