Moe is the deuteragonist of The Legendary Starfy franchise. He is Starfy's best friend. He is a noble clam but he can be portrayed as disrespectful at times. Along with Starfy and Starly, he lives in the Pufftop Palace.

Biography[]

Densetsu no Starfy[]

At first, Starfy meets Moe in Coral Reef. Herman gives away that his friend Moe is being chased down by baddies, so Herman is willing to have Starfy help him. This was before meeting Moe. His brother or Fork appears to be swimming away, so then Starfy goes after him until he arrives in a room where Fork is picking on Moe with his brother. Moe shows that "his dearest" Ruby was abducted by a villain known as Konk, which happened after Starfy defeats them. Then it was then Fork and his brother who went after him. Later on, Moe and Starfy become friends, and then Moe joins Starfy on his quest back to Pufftop, giving advice. Starfy finds and beats Konk after knocking the Dentalium Shell down and in Coral Reef, the Kettle was blocking the water from going along. Ruby comes back and Moe is really glad to see her once more. Starfy and Moe advance to Stranded Whale and Moe carry on accompanying Starfy and gives him advice until the end of their journey.

During the staff credits after the first one, it was given away that Moe and his two younger brothers plus his sister live in a rundown house, and his siblings are crying because they wanted a teddy bear, meat, and a Game Boy Advance. However, Moe was unable to get them those things because they lacked the amount of money for those things, and what he said made them cry again. Then Moe tried to find out where he can get some money, however before he thought of something he saw Ruby and instead accompanied her which led to a meeting and becoming really good friends with Starfy. Later on, Moe was gifted with treasure for helping Starfy which was after Starfy finally defeated Ogura with Moe sealing Ogura back inside the jar. Afterward, Moe uses the treasure to get the stuff that his three siblings wanted. Then the siblings took out the things they wanted and all the four clams danced during the ending of the second staff credits.

Densetsu no Starfy 2[]

During the start of the game, Starfy hides in Moe's shell to stay safe from the storm and the debris when the Puchi Ogura causes a storm to hit Pufftop Palace like the one in Densetsu no Starfy however when Ogura abducts Mama Star, Starfy doesn't have any choice but to go after them.

Ogura guides Starfy to the edge of Pufftop Palace and Ogura floats down towards the ocean. Starfy ends up crying and he goes to save his mother. Moe informs him that it would take considerable effort for him to come back to Pufftop. Starfy resists, so he and Moe fall off the edge of Pufftop and landed on the beach. Moe moans at Starfy while tearing up and then cries and Moe found it irritating. At the of the issue, Starfy stops crying. Moe request Starfy to follow him and encourages him that he can get help from Old Man Lobber when he is bothered. Moe tags along with Starfy in every part of his adventure, giving him tips and corresponding with others. Moe's House shows on the Map and able to be then accessed from the Map of any Stage or the Stage, which was after the moment of beating Area 5 of Turtle Turtle Land.

Densetsu no Starfy 3[]

During the start of the game, Ogura flees and states that as he has his 'personage' by his side, he will not be taken down as long, which was after Evil ruins the jar. Moe and Papa Star talk about the situation and Moe ends up wondering what Ogura means by his personage. Papa Star decides that as the issue stands they are unable to afford to leave it. He informs Moe and Starfy that they have to pursue Ogura and defeat him. Moe gets upset and calls Papa Star an idiot. He mentions that the jar has been smashed into pieces, and believes on all accounts their adventure won't be of use. Papa Star gets mad at Moe and asks what he is talking about, stating that the peace of Pufftop is at stake.

Starly later shows up and jumps around Pufftop Palace plus bounces off Moe. Moe becomes upset because Starly questions why Starfy and other characters are "wasting time". Starly pushes Moe and Starfy off of the edge of Pufftop towards the ocean while both of them resist. She pushes them off of the edge and then jumps off with them both. Starfy made an appearance at Lobber's Cave.

This time Moe accompanies with Starly (The last time was with Starfy), gives them advice and interacts with other characters. Later in the game, Moe's House becomes accessible. Moe reunites with his father Kyorozou on many occasions, starting in the Jungle. In Old Castle's Area 3, Kyorozou gives up his life for Moe when Moe got hit by a lightning attack caused by Evil, which was after Kyorozou went to Moe's place and pushed him away to make effort and face the attack.

He mentions that they ought to go and first hear what the Old Man Lobber has to state. Starfy, Starly, and Moe all jump off Pufftop Palace into the ocean however this time they meet Old Man Lobber in his villa in the Amiy Kingdom just as before, even though they land right into his bonsai tree, demolishing it, so they must find a Repair Kit so that they can to fix it.

Moe still accompanies Starfy and Starly, but in many instances, they must speak to him via a Public Telephone and all of the Public Telephones except for two phones in the final Area only showed up before beating the game.

Mattel teaches Starfy the Powerful Spin Spill capability; which is a capability that can do this, and says that Starfy is the first one to learn it because he and Moe are really good friends, however, Starfy is obligated to retrieve him since Moe escaped after falling into a dispute with Starfy.

Starfy becomes unhappy and stays in his room lonely and depressed in Pufftop Palace which was after the first times of him beaten Degil for the first time and after Starfy sees Mattel hugging Prince Coral and sees that Mattel is his fiancee, he, so Moe attempts to cheer him up, however, that didn't work.
