Moegi is a hanyō, and a protagonist in the film Inu Yasha: Fire on the Mystic Island.
She was voiced by Yuki Masuda in Japanese and Justine Wong in English.
Biography[]
Together with her friends she lived on a magical island off the coast of Japan. These were hidden from the outside world, so that the people, benign demons, and half-demons born there, could live in peace and harmony. One day however, this island was conquered by four evil and powerful yōkai, who killed almost all of the inhabitants.
At the time of the plot, Inuyasha and his friends have reached this island, and fight the four yōkai. In fact, they can also defeat one by one, and save Moegi and her friends.
After all, they are looking for a remote place in the mountains to live in peace and harmony.
