Mona is one of the main characters in the WarioWare series. She is one of the original employees of WarioWare, Inc. and works part time at many establishments in Diamond City that are all owned by Manager Joe while competing with a group called The Dinosaurs. She always wears different outfits in every game she appears, with the exception of WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$ (mainly because it's a remake of WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames). Mona is believed to have a crush on Wario.
She was voiced by Ruriko Aoki (same as 5-Volt; Japanese) in the Japanese version, Leslie Swan in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$ to Game & Wario, and Stephanie Sheh (same as Kat; UK/US) in WarioWare Gold onwards in the English version.

Mona is a girl that has an orange hair, blue eyes, and light skin. In WarioWare Gold onwards, she wears a sleeveless dress, white mink fur coat, and red boots.
When Mona rides her scooter, she wears a helmet and red wristbands.

- Mone appeared in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! with blue eyes. However, in Game & Wario they were changed to black like in Mario & Luigi and Rhythm Heaven series, and then retains blue in WarioWare Gold onwards.
- In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! one of Mona's outfits depicts her wearing Wario's standard plumber attire from the Mario franchise and the Wario Land games during the intermission between her microgames.
- Additionally, in WarioWare: Touched!, she can be seen again, wearing Wario's Biker outfit, except with a few minor alterations, such as her pink skirt replacing Wario's pink pants, and lack of a helmet.
- Mona has the same voice actress as 5-Volt (Ruriko Aoki) in the Japanese version and Kat (Stephanie Sheh) in the English version.
- In the artwork of WarioWare: Get It Together!, Mona's mouth being open smile like Kirby, raise her right hand, and standing with her left hand on her hips during the pose.
- When she wears her helmet, her artwork is similar to Kirby's artwork with helmet in Kirby: Planet Robobot.
