Mona Megistus is a supporting playable character in the 2020 action role-playing fantasy video game Genshin Impact. She is a supporting character in the Unreconciled Stars event and one of the four main characters in the Summertime Odyssey event along with Fischl, Xinyan, and Kaedehara Kazuha.
She is an astrologist of great skill and equally-great pride who has taken up residence in Mondstadt to avoid incurring the wrath of her master after unwittingly reading the latter's diary.
She is voiced by Konomi Kohara in Japanese as Chika Fujiwara from Love is War, and Felecia Angelle in English.
Appearance[]
Mona's appearance is sitting in the rock looking at traveler and Paimon. She fell to the portal traveler and Paimon and some magic. She has black hair, two long ponytails, light skin, and green eyes, and she is nineteen years old but much younger. She wears a witch hat that has a bow has the symbol with a star, star earing, a black necklace with the figure with the orb, a purple cap under the red at the bottom, with soft boa, topless black, and purple leotard on the top symbol of a star, a black glove with long purple sleeves, wrapped around was tight one to the left is a black star another on the right is a red-gold big button and the shoes.
History[]
Three years ago, Mona studied the Astrology to see many star to the skies, later on her heard master wanted to a true Astrology heard about the universe when people got abanndon her when no on love people very much and Mona wanted to leave her alone that everyone got disappointed. She know reveal about the truth but they will not accept is impossible to studied to become stronger to other people since she was adventure then happen she pick some fruits for share and become adventure, so she return and so she can't give up and continue her journey hope she never forgive her incident. And she know about Astrologist is most compex about the stars because they aren't allowed show anything is unlimted power by the star, in past she was enought about fates in univers for some punishment about the star is no longer see but she didnt confuse in one day won't help about astrology if they cant, and now she seem different. Sheunderstand about follw the light toward dark and dangeroug is ahead calling fate because it not altered or reverse, she heard the governing laws of the universe and have glimpsed the secrets between heaven and earth had enough for change for no perfect legends and heros can save everyone for helpless for she decided is seize her own destiny.
Personality[]
Mona accepts for performance but the result is failure and she gives up on him and meet with his end about two years before the silent dicovery. Currently, Mona is a little tired, a bit genius, and curious. She is a great astrologist of exceptional skill in the skies and studies the stars. But Mona is poor because Mona doesn't have much money to buy any house or food. However, she rents to the elder to buy the house. During the event, Mona meets Fischl with her assistant Oz have discovered the meteoroid about humans got to sleep an hour to research the meteoroid. She knows the Traveler's identity where he/she is not from Teyvat. She also knows of Scaramouche is a Fatui Harbinger. And she going to the vacation with Fischl, Kaedehara, and Xinyan for having fun but there a backstories about the past when they were. And they reveal Mona is not poor it's actually rich and all the book got expensive is buying.

- According to Mona, her teacher, while apparently providing her with substantial astrology teachings, is a "dimwit" due to the latter not knowing basic things of (social) life.
- She states that her Vision used to be a "teaching aid" given to her by her teacher; one which she treasured well as it is the only proof of her apprenticeship. Only for said teaching aid to somehow become a Vision someday later.
- Mona Megistus has Honorable Mentions in "Top 10 Strongest Characters in Genshin Impact" on WatchMojo.
- "Astrologist" is part of her name as demonstrated by the fact that the Chinese name includes 阿斯托洛吉斯 (Āsītuōluòjísī), the phonetic transcription of "Astrologist" into Chinese instead of the translation 占星术士 (Zhānxīng Shùshì), "astrologist".
- Mona is not native to Fontaine but the Dandelion Sea, the latter to be released in Version 5.x.
