Moonlight Cookie is a supporting character in the Cookie Run franchise, appearing as a minor character in OvenBreak and supporting protagonist in Kingdom. She is the protagonist of the Invitation from the Slumbering Moon event alongside with Milky Way Cookie and released during the event in january 9th of 2023. She is the guardian of the City of Wizards that protects the arcane grounds commanded by the Wizard her creators. She was created by them to be completely perfect, but however lives in a deep sorrow because of the wizard's death. She is also Stardust Cookie's sister being made from the same form of starlight dough.
She is voiced by G.K. Bowes in English, by Park Seon-yeong in Korean, by Yui Ishikawa in Japanese, by Lin Peiling in Taiwanese, by Chanidapha Matpha in Thai, by Vanida Karun in German and by Pamela RAVASSARD in French.
Appearance[]
Moonlight Cookie is a female cookie with kind purple eyes, white eyelashes, eyebrows and rosy cheeks. She always has a carrying smile on her face along with a sign of curiousity. Moonlight Cookie has long black hair that has stars on it making her hair look a night sky with gradiant blue colored hair at the end. She wears a blue and dark blue stripe colored bonnet with spiky pale blue colored brim on her head that goes along with a bride blue dress of the same colored stripes on the skirt along with triangular pattern at the end as well a purple veil decorated with glitters all over it behind her dress. She carries a large moon shaped golden key at the top of it that surrouds a star taller than her.

The chorus of the stars sings along with the moon as they embroider the night sky with golden dust, scaring off any dark clouds that dare approach.
