Moustafa, also known as Sheek, is a character in video game Paper Mario who assists Mario in locating the Star Spirit at Dry, Dry Ruins.
Biography[]

Moustafa leads a group of noble thieves that descents from the founders of Dry, Dry Outpost. He is an elusive character who poses as an informant called Sheek in public to hide his true identity. He first meets Mario and company as Sheek while they seek for Moustafa's advice in finding the Star Spirit trapped in Dry, Dry Ruins. They present to Sheek his favourite thing which convinces him to give them an audience with Moustafa once they pass on a secret code to one of his associates: the local shopkeeper. He meets them again at the highest point of Dry, Dry Outpost where he reveals his true identity as Moustafa and informs them about his role as Dry, Dry Ruins guardian before giving Mario the Pulse Stone in order to locate the ruins himself.

Moustafa is mentioned in Lumpy's Journal. He helps Lumpy find oil in Dry, Dry Desert after taking him to an oasis to recover from the desert heat.
