Mozzie is one of the main protagonist in White Collar. He used to be partner in crime with his friend Neal Caffrey. When Neal was in jail, he helped Neal find his Kate Moreau. But Neal found out she dumped him and told him not to look for her. Neal went back to jail, but found a way out. That Neal becomes a FBI consultant and work with his friend Agent Peter Burke on white collar crimes. He agreed on the terms. On a lot of FBI cases, Neal gets a lot of help from Mozzie, who can get in and out of places that the FBI can't. With Peter on board, Mozzie became an FBI consultant too with Neal.
