~ Mr. Mackey's most famous quote, at the end of the episode "Ike's Wee Wee"
Mr. Mackey, Jr. is a major character in the adult animated sitcom South Park. He is the counselor at South Park Elementary, best known for saying "m'kay" at the end of most of his sentences. He also serves on the City Council as head of Public Health. His first name is unknown.
Mackey has a unusually large head, which is caused by the tightness of his tie. He wears a green long-sleeved shirt, a blue tie, dark blue pants, and blue leather shoes, as well as black-rimmed glasses.
Personality[]
Despite his slightly odd appearance and catchphrase, Mr. Mackey seems to be an able counselor who actually cares about the children, much unlike Mr. Garrison. He sometimes appears with Principal Victoria when punishinga student or announcing an important message. His methods as a counselor reflect real-life controversy ineducation, for example, when Kyle talks about seeing Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo, he places Kyle on a heavydose prescription of Prozac. In an early episode, the children feign having Attention Deficit Disorder, and heprescribes them all Ritalin.
Mr. Mackey gets annoyed by Craig Tucker for getting send to his office everyday which he gets tired of it. He caught Craig flipping him off twice. He even advice Craig until he stopped flipping people off, he'll just go back to the waiting room.
Like everyone else, Mr. Mackey takes old people driving very seriously as he and the other citizens were warned by Randy Marsh that the senior meeting is over, which all seniors were out driving at the same time causing everyone (including Mr. Mackey) to run away.
