I Proved, and for a romantic trip it will be a romantic trip!
~ Mr. Nonsense when he finally proves Miss Wise will come for a romantic trip in Mr. Nonsense Rows to the Moon.

Mr. Nonsense is the thirty-third book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves.

He was voiced by David Shaw Parker in Mr. Men: The Great Alphabet Hunt, Gordon Peters in the 1995 cartoon Mr. Men and Little Miss and Len Carlson in the American version of the 1995 cartoon, and the late Roger Carel in the French dub who also voices Asterix, Mickey Mouse, and several others.

Appearance[]

He is yellow in colour with a red nose, round in shape, wears a green hat, blue gloves and blue shoes.

Personality[]

When it comes to Mr. Nonsense, words fall short. This enigmatic character is far from ordinary. He is a bundle of energy and cheerfulness and often uses bananas to make a point. His behavior can be absurd and unreasonable, and his ideas illogical and inappropriate.

However, behind the eccentric façade lies a complex character. He loves to babble while saying nothing – often an indication of depth and thoughtfulness that doesn’t translate in words. He is foolishly optimistic and excited about anything and everything, which can often be incomprehensible.

What surprises most is his heart of gold. He is a truly friendly soul, one that genuinely cares about the well-being of all. Its no surprise that he is considerate and noble in nature, able to understand the needs of others with great clarity.

In summary, Mr. Nonsense is an eccentric person capable of leaving anyone’s head spinning. When it comes to heart, he is as warm and caring as they come.
