Mr Chu is a supporting Character in Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween. He is a resident of Wardenclyffe, New York and is the Quinns neighbour.

Mr Chu is a very friendly guy and a good neighbour, He loves holidays such as Halloween and Christmas.
Not only is he friendly but he's also heroic, He lets Sarah, Sonny, and Sam hide in his house from the monsters and helps them to disguise them so they can get to the Tesla tower to save the town.
Biography[]
Mr Chu starts out by turning his yard into a theme park with Giant balloon spiders, skeletons, and bed sheet ghosts. He is then shown giving trick-or-treaters candy while dressed up as Frankenstein.
After that He lets Sarah, Sonny, and Sam hide in his house from the monsters and help them with Desguises.
at the end of the movie he is seen decorating his for Christmas with a animatronic reindeer that he shows to Sarah. Mr Chu also jokingly implies that he made the reindeer life sized so that it might come to life like the other monsters.
Trivia[]
It is unknown why Mr Chu was wearing a Frankenstien costume when he was already wearing a vampire costume.
