Nanachi is the tritagonist character in the dark fantasy adventure manga and anime series Made in Abyss. They are a human who were used as a subject for a cruel experiment conducted by Bondrewd.
She is voiced by Shiori Izawa and by Brittney Karbowski in Japanese
Appearance[]
Nanachi is a mutated human who was transformed into a bunny-like humanoid creature. Their gender is unknown as of now. They have fluffy, cream-colored fur covering most of their body, with a light patch on their chest and belly. Regardless, their face remains human-like, with pale skin, expressive yellow-green eyes, and a small, pink nose. Nanachi’s long white hair falls messily around their face and shoulders, partially covering their round, furry ears. Atop their head, they wear a unique helmet made from a hollowed-out creature's skull, featuring long rabbit-like ears, red accents, and purple eye-like designs. Their outfit consists of pastel-colored clothing. It consists of light blue and pink pants.

Despite Nanachi's cool and reserved exterior, showing her deep compassion and selflessness. They help Reg and Riko without expecting anything in return and risk their life to protect them. Nanachi’s actions—like caring for Mitty and guiding others through dangerous situations
