The Nanobots are supporting characters in the 2003 TV Show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The Nanobots make their first appearance in the episode "Nano", they are robots created by Dr. Marion Richards, having permission to create a project for the government. She creates the Nanobots: a little immature and childish, but with an artificial intelligence, but then she thinks that she could make simpler robots. Although Richard thinks about upgrading the robots after a coffee break, while he reassembles a body with a drill to escape.
However, a Dwarf escapes through the streets of New York and runs into Harry Parker. With Harry's broken toys, the Nanobots create their own unique body and begin to consider Harry as their father. Harry then decides to use them to enter shops, even though he has trouble understanding what the Nanobots feel like in their bodies. The Nanobots then decide to use the theatrical masks of comedy and tragedy to represent their emotions.
