Major Nastasya Vasilievna Obertas is a minor character in the video game Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. She is an intelligence officer of the Yuktobanian Army and the former love interest of an OADF pilot Jack Bartlett. Both she and her former lover played a role in stopping the war between Osea and Yuktobania.
She was voiced by Misa Watanabe in Japanese and by Wendee Lee in English.

Major Obertas worked in the intelligence unit of Yuktobanian Army as early as 1995. It was then, during the Belkan War, that she met an Osean military pilot Jack Bartlett, and the two fell in love, only for their relationship to end when Nastasya returned to Yuktobania, breaking Bartlett's heart.
The Unsung War[]
In 2010, due to the Grey Men's machinations a war broke out between Osean Federation and the Union of Yuktobanian Republics. Yuktobanian Prime Minister Nikanor was deposed by a military coup, and Obertas, being the prime minister's supporter, made contacts with the Yuktobanian resistance. During the Osean invasion, she obtained a disk containing information on the Grey Men's plans regarding the V2 warhead.
Nastasya took part in the resistance's operation to rescue Nikanor from his imprisonment. With Razgriz Squadron taking out their pursuers, the major and the prime minister safely arrived on board the OFS Kestrel, where Obertas shared her intelligence with Oseans. What happened to Nastasya afterwards is unknown.
