Natsuki Seba is a major antagonist and later a supporting character in the action manga series, Sakamoto Days.
He serves as one of the primary antagonists of the Lab Arc. He was formerly a casual worker at the Okutabi Lab, but is also a student at the Japan Clear Creation. Despite initially being an enemy of Sakamoto's Store, he joins forces with them in order to rescue his younger brother Mafuyu. He later helps stop [1]Kei Uzuki's plan to destroy the civilisation of Japan.
He is voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto in Japanese and Stephen Fu in English.

Background[]
Natsuki grew up in a toxic household with his younger brother, Mafuyu. The two would hang out at the feet of the mountain, under the pretence of outdoor training. Here, Natsuki would show Mafuyu his latest creations. He also vowed to create an invisibility suit so he could escape their family and become a professional weapon maker. However, this caused a strain in his relationship with Mafuyu, who was terrified about being left behind by his brother, and the two would spend less time together.
One day, their father - who was obsessed with turning them into members of the Order - discovered Natsuki's gadgets at their hideout and beat him up in front of Mafuyu. Later that night, Mafuyu overheard their parents' conversation. Their father was planning to send him to the Al-Kamar Orphanage, a place which was notorious for torturing and killing its inhabitants. Natsuki approached them and told them he would join the facility after graduating from JCC to prevent Mafuyu from being sent there. However, Natsuki secretly continued his work on his invisibility suit to help him and Mafuyu escape their father eventually.
When Natsuki turned thirteen, he was sent to the JCC (Japanese Clear Creation), an academy for assassins. He would study here for four years, and would later enrol in its post-graduate course when he turned seventeen, wherein he successfully created his invisibility suit. Around the same time, he would receive an invitation for a freelance job to join Kashima's group in taking over the Okutabi Lab.
The Okutabi Lab Arc[]
A short time afterwards, Natsuki would be sent alongside Tanaka and two other men to the Sakamoto Store to kidnap their target, Shin Asakura, a former test subject at the Lab. Natsuki, alongside his comrades in lab outfits, entered the Sakamoto store to kidnap their target, but instead ended up taking away another worker, Lu Xiaotang. It was only moments later on their ride inside their car, that the lab workers realized they had kidnapped the wrong person and intended to head back to the store to get Shin. But out of the blue, Shin alongside his boss, Taro Sakamoto has arrived on a motorcycle to rescue Xiaotang. One of the workers tells Seba to make a move as he is at the front seat listening to the radio. He takes off his lab uniform as he agrees as long he got a bonus pay for doing this. He walked toward Shin and activated his invisibility to catch Shin off guard, throwing him down to a car beside the truck. He attempts to fight Sakamoto but is seized by the neck despite his invisibility. To escape, he managed to blow a hole in Sakamoto's motorcycle, causing an explosion that he was able to invade and allowing him to escape from Sakamoto. His comrade however gets annoyed when he says that he forgot to get Shin.
Sometime later, Seba spots Shin running through the facility. He stops Shin with a projectile. Shin says that Xiaotang better be safe with Seba replying that he is only following orders that he has no clue and that there would be a bonus for him if he kills Shin. Kashima greatly overwhelms Shin thanks to his invisibility but comments that is annoying that his opponent keeps dodging his attacks by using his clairvoyance. He declares to finish things up before stabbing Shin in the chest. Shin puts his hand on Seba as he collapses on the floor, not understanding what he intends to do. He is however surprised by two bullets shot by his ally, Mashimo Heisuke. As Shin praises him for his help, Seba gets back into action by turning invisible again. Seba dodges all the bullets fired at him and surprises Heisuke by firing a pipe wrapped with his invisible suit on it from upward. He confronts Heisuke now injured and steps on his rifle, but is receives another bullet on his shoulder. He makes Heisuke think that the bullet took his arm off but stabs him with the same arm that is still there but is simply invisible. He walks away, questioning why Heisuke would go so far just for a friend.
Heisuke receives an extra bullet from his bird that he uses to fire it to bounce upward, hitting the water sprinkler on the sealing. This allows Shin to take out Seba by surprise, knocking him unconscious. Shin would later carry him out of the building when it exploded due to the store's no-kill rule. Following these events, Natsuki would open a crepe shop with Tanaka, where he worked part-time. Natsuki would return to studying largely full-time in the months following his encounter with Shin and Heisuke. During this time, he accidentally gave his brother the flu before his brother's own exams.
Japanese Clear Creation Arc[]
Natsuki would soon encounter Shin at the JCC when the other man was searching for the database. While he was initially interrogated by him, Natsuki decided to give Shin some advice regarding his search. Natsuki would later receive an unusual call from Mafuyu, who was supposed to be starting at the JCC, and surmised that his brother was in some kind of trouble. Natsuki would learn that Mafuyu was kidnapped by Slur, the mastermind behind the Lab operation, and decided to work with Shin and Akira Akao in order to retrieve his brother. He would gift Shin a pair of gloves that would increase his combat output, although these would only work under the condition that the user could see several seconds into the future.
With this, Natsuki, Akira and Shin would engage in combat with their teacher Etsuko Satoda in order to obtain information on the database. It would be revealed to them that the database was actually a person, Byodo, Amane Yotsumura's grandfather and the school janitor. Shin and Natsuki would join Amane and Byodo as the school was invaded by members of Slur's group. However, Natsuki elected to secretly leave them in order to confront Club Jam, who he offered to make a deal with in order to retrieve Mafuyu in exchange for the location of the databse. Club Jam agrees and accompanies Natsuki to the data storage facility. Natsuki was in fact lying in order to obtain information, but Club Jam was successfully able to subdue him. Following this confrontation, Club Jam snapped Natsuki's fingers repeatedly, leaving his right hand largely useless, and offered hypnosis as a form of release from the pain. He seemingly hypnotizes Natsuki, ordering him to lead him directly to the Database. However, in actuality, Natsuki was faking being hypnotized, using the situation to pass information to Shin through telepathy.
