Natsuna Usui is a protagonist in the tokusatsu series Girl Gun Lady. She is a high school student serving as a member of Team Alpha Tango in the Girl Gun Lady Fight.
She is portrayed by Momoka Ito, who also plays her younger sister Fuyumi in the same series.
Biography[]
Prior to being drafted into the Girl Gun Fight, Natsuna was the lead member of the track team at her school and was training to compete in the nationals. She served as a member of Alpha Tango alongside Akiho Inaba and Masami Nakazaki, until Masami was killed and Koharu Tachibana was drafted to replace her. At some point, Natsuna lost two of her lives so by the time Koharu joined, she was on her last life. Natsuna would be the one to kill Chizuru Mizuno and take her final life after Mizuno attempted to kill Koharu. Despite this, Natsuna felt guilty about it and visited Mizuno's residence afterwards.
Natsuna and the rest of her team would later try to escape the arena during the Girl Gun Fight so they could break into the antique shop in the game world and hopefully learn more about the nature of the Fight. After the game sent the other teams after them, Natsuna volunteered to lead them away while Koharu and Akiho broke into the shop. She briefly exchanged fire with Delta Tango but was injured by a shot from Rei Kitamoto. As she attempted to crawl away and rejoin her teammates, Rei caught up to her and killed her, taking her last life and causing her to be erased from the real world.
Following her death, Natsuna's spot on Alpha Tango was taken by her younger sister Fuyumi, who had no memory of her older sister due to all traces of Natsuna's existence being erased.
Despite this, she still felt sad over losing her sister, even though she had nowhere to place her sorrow, and occasionally had recollections of her memories with her sister.
